1. Assistant Tenant Relation Manager (Asst. Mgr / APS)
Requirements:
• FEMALE
• Single
• Age between 28-33 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
• Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

2. Leasing Executive (PLE)
Requirements:
• FEMALE
• Single
• Age between 23-30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• 1 year relevant experience preferred but not essential
• Good computer skills including excel spreadsheets
• Well organized, details conscious, team player, can work under pressure
• Willing to work on holiday
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
