Sales Support

(A) JOB PURPOSE
Assisting on Sales and Account Management Activities such as preparing the tender, consolidating and manage the Sales and Account document such as communication doc. to or from potential customer, weekly sales funnel, monthly sales reporting etc. Need also to create sales brochure and collateral. And possibly managing small sales account.
(B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform good and accurate administration works such as, correspondence, filing, etc.
Assisting on Sales and Account Management Activities such as preparing the tender, consolidating and manage the Sales and Account document such as communication doc. to or from potential customer, weekly sales funnel, monthly sales reporting etc.
Need also to create sales brochure and collateral.
To manage small sales account.
To liaise with customer.
To liaise with HR Executive to ensure that all HR related matters, such as leave, medical reimbursement, employment reference letter, visa, are maintained appropriately according to the company policy and regulations in a timely manner.
To liaise with IT Executive to ensure that IT related matters and needs are provided effectively to ensure minimum interruptions.
To arrange travel and accommodation needs for Sales & Account Manager as necessary.
(C) GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualification
Female
Degree or Diploma with Sales and/or Admin experience
Having good interpersonal skill and communication
Good English proficiency is a must, also able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
Experience
Minimum of 2 years related experience, in the same position, preferably from telecommunication industry.
