HR Manager (HRM-SI) Job Description: Ø Responsible for the strategic plan of the human resources function. Ø In charge of recruitment, training & development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities, formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance. Ø Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operation. Ø Regularly leads important regional initiatives.
