TITLE: Technical Consultant
Job Description / Dimension & Scope of work:
This position formulates and defines system scope and objectives for
assigned projects and is responsible for program design; coding;
testing; debugging; and documentation. Devises or modifies procedures
to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and
limitations; operating time; and form of desired results in addition
to preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be
written. This position has full technical knowledge of all phases of
applications systems analysis and programming.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

before you can slot an employee.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline And Six years
relevant experience Or Master's Degree in related technical discipline
And Four years relevant experience Or Eleven years relevant
experience without college degree.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience working with multiple platforms (e.g., MVS, UNIX, NT, PC).
Possesses advanced "Performance engineering skills" (i.e., ability to
predict and build performance into systems rather than doing it
later). Proven project management ability. Proven analytical and
communication skills along with the ability to work in a dynamic
environment. Customer service and detail oriented. Excellent oral and
written communication skills.
