He/she will report to IAT Business Line Manager (BLM). Field of responsibilities - To monitor the salesman activities related to the planning. - To make sure every salesman have prepared the sales plans and working base on the planed. - To assist IAT salesman for preparing the sales planner (visit / follow up). - Maintain and responsible to the AC reporting system / database called CTP (Customer to Product). - Report to the BLM concerning the salesman planning. Service Operation Supervisor (SOS - ACI) Responsible for service operations (Field & Workshop) and report to CTS Business Line Manager Field of responsibilities - Support group vision “First in Mind First in Choice” of service operation in the country
- Control overall cost and profitability of all service functions
- To provide and control the sufficient and proper tools required for service operation
- Control service staffs to support company policy for awareness customer satisfaction.
- Provide monthly report on service performance to Aftermarket Business Manager such as utilization, WIP, negative and positive profitability for service operations, service operation variance
- Coordinate with other business lines, areas to develop synergies of the group to maintain a good relation and understanding.
- Plan and control spare parts related the job to be carried out by service staffs
- To be responsible people of 5S & HSE activities in Workshop Operation
- Control and monitor dealer’s service operations
- Create and adjust service procedure, if necessary, to maximize efficiency for all service resources inclusive of manpower and equipment procedure to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and control all service operations and keep WIP (work in progress) to a minimum and maintain 3 sigma monitoring on service operation within the targeted limit.
- Support and develop service operations for staff to ensure that service quality is provided for customer’s requirement as well as to plan, provide suitable & sufficient tools/equipment for service technician and workshop operation.
- Assist all service activities for support aftermarket business.
- Continue developing company image and team work among aftermarket staff
- Actively support and ensure all service operation activities to be inline with QMS/ISO procedure.
Experience requirements - More than 5 years experience in service of Compressed air equipment
- The experience must include supervision of staff
Knowledge - Knowledge of Atlas Copco work processes, service procedure, including technical reporting and warranty administration
- Good knowledge of computer
- Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must
