Overall responsibilities

– Manages all retail (non-operator) sales in [country], valued at up to $200M per year

– Leads the national field sales and marketing organizations (up to >>100 people)

– Uses a variety of direct and indirect performance data to maximize retail sales of Motorola devices

Ideal background

– 10+ years in consumer electronics, mobile phone sales and distribution, or FMCG industries, with increasing levels of responsibility

– Has managed and driven sales teams with significant quota-carrying responsibility

– Fluent in English plus appropriate Asian language (Chinese, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, etc. )
