1. Plant Manager

Requirements:

· Minimum S-1, Master degree is preferable

· Minimum 8 years experience in similar position Consumer Good company

· Skilled and knowledgeable about Plant Processing, Production Planning & Inventory Control, Quality Control, Packaging Process, Total Preventive Maintenance, Cost Reduction Program.

· Skilled and knowledgeable about HACCP, ISO 9001:2000, TQM, GMP, QC / QA System

· Team player and work smart

· Ability to lead and motivate others

· Good interpersonal skill

2. Engineering Manager

Responsibility :

· To maintain company asset by implement a total preventive maintenance system that allows complete operational availability to all departments as and when business requires. Within agreed standards and budget. Ensuring adequate skilled manpower, materials and management.

· To meet management performance targets by ensuring machine / electrical equipment availability at all time within standards and costs.

· Assist the project team in New Plant Development in all related issues.

· To ensure full implementation of safety systems and safe practices of work by continually upgrading safety awareness and practice in the plant..

· Identify and plan staff development, ensuring technical skills meet the plant present and futures requirement.

Requirements:

3. R&D Sr. Manager

Responsibility :

Responsible for planning, direction and control of all research and development activities leading to new or improved product and processes, product testing, raw materials testing, product development and pure research. Plays key role in setting up company policies and guidelines

Requirements:

· Minimum S-1 Degree in Pharmacy, Master degree is preferable

· Minimum 8 years experience in R&D in Consumer Good company

· Skilled and knowledgeable about Drugs / FMCG Sensory & Regulation, Drugs / FMCG Research and Drugs / FMCG Safety

· Experience in all aspect of Laboratory Analytical Planning & Calibration (Microbiology, Chemistry and Physics) in a drugs and FMCG
